Union County has hundreds of acres of greenfield sites, industrial park sites, and available buildings to meet your company's needs.

The County has 14 greenfield industrial properties to choose from with most accessible to more than a million gallons per day excess capacity of water and over 3 million gallons per day excess capacity for sewage treatment.  In addition, all of the sites are within a 30-minute drive to Interstate 85 and Interstate 26.

Union County and her municipalities also operate three industrial parks which provide all of the amenities industry and business seek.  The 80-acre Union County Commerce Industrial Park, located on four-lane highway U.S. 176, is home two LSP Automotive and Timken Corporation but has several lots ready and available for your company.
